Carly joined Pacific Capital Resource Group in 2011 after working for the State of Washington’s Department of Social & Health Services for eight years in various social services roles. She is a graduate of Central Washington University, with degrees in Psychology and Law and Justice. While attending Central, Carly studied at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia for four months. She also holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University.

As Director of Recruiting at Pacific Capital, Carly has a focus on locating qualified candidates who desire to have a positive impact on the lives of others and who believe in what they can offer as a Financial Advisor. She is passionate about helping individuals find a career where they are happy, motivated, and successful. Carly is also committed to providing a quality experience for job seekers and is a reliable resource during Pacific Capital’s thorough selection process.

Carly was born and raised in Washington State and currently resides in Bellevue. She loves the outdoors and enjoys running, hiking, hot yoga, and skiing. She also likes spending time with her family and attending concerts and sporting events.
