Professional Background

As an independent advisor, Constantin, ("Costa") is dedicated to the highest ethical standards. Costa’s aim is to help his clients realize and exceed their goals and objectives utilizing a long-term relationship based approach. He has created an his practice with Pacific Capital Resource Group focusing on working with business owners and high net worth families in the areas of investment and risk management.  Securities and investment advisory service offered exclusively through HTK.

In addition to his advising practice, Costa served as PCRG’s director of recruiting from January 2006 until his recent promotion to vice president and branch manager of the Lake Oswego office in July of 2009. 

Costa is a graduate of Washington State University where he met his wife, Kacie. Kacie and Costa welcomed their first child, Isabella, in December of 2009.
