Before joining Pacific Capital Resource Group, Inc., he was a financial advisor with an international wealth management firm and prior to that had a career as a business owner and software entrepreneur. As a Financial Advisor with Pacific Capital Resource Group, Inc., Lance specializes in working with individuals and local businesses, helping them in areas such as retirement planning, estate planning, college funding, insurance, investments, professional money management, asset allocation, and executive planning. He meets with his clients to review their current financial situation and discusses long and short-term objectives. He and his team then analyze the information, determine which strategies will work best for their priorities, and tailor a plan specifically to help meet their financial needs and goals. Finally, after the plan or strategies are implemented, he will meet with them on a regular basis to uncover any changing needs that may arise and adjust their plan accordingly. Born and raised in San Diego, California, Lance graduated from the San Diego State University School of Communication, with Distinction, and a minor in Psychology. While at SDSU he competed on the Cross-country, Track and Speech teams. Lance and his wife, Lanita, moved to the Seattle area in 1988. They have a daughter, Allison, and two dogs.
